Day 3 - MEET YOU AT THE BARRE

Beginner Barre workout with Rashna

Hit your core, arms, booty, and legs with high rep movements. You will need just a chair and light hand weights to create long and lean feminine muscles while being kind to your joints through fluid, low-impact movements. In just one session, you’ll get a full-body workout with energizing music led by a motivating Inspire-er {aka Instructor}.


Day 4 - BE A NUTRITION ROCKSTAR

Nutrition is an essential part of a healthy and fit body. Learn how to fuel your body properly to have plenty of energy for your workouts and your daily activities. 


Day 5 - FAB 5 ABS

Pilates Fab 5 Abdominal Series with Erica

Beloved by clients and teachers, this group of classic Pilates moves, collectively known as the Series of 5, is the perfect addition to any workout. You will tone, tighten, and strengthen your core from the inside out.

If done several times a week, you can develop great core strength in just 5-10 minutes a day.


Day 6 - LOW BUT DEFINITELY NOT SLOW

Low Impact Cardio workout.

Don’t let the name, “low impact fool you.” You will get a great workout while improving strength, lowering your blood pressure, and improving stress levels.


Day 7 - Portion Distortion & How to Do a Proper Squat

Workout Tutorial: Learn proper techniques of one of the most fundamental functional whole-body exercises - the SQUAT. 

Nutrition: What are healthy portions and what's an easy way to measure them? Healthy choices mean choosing what you eat and how much of it you serve yourself. Learn five guidelines for different food types that will help you nourish your body, without going overboard.


Day 8 - Leave Stress Behind

Lifestyle: learn 10 ways to de-stress in life so that you can feel energized and ready to live your healthiest, fittest and happiest life!


Day 9 - Stay Aligned and Hydrated

Pilates for Good Alignment with Erica

Improve your posture, realign and reset your head, neck, and shoulders. Having better alignment of the head, neck, and shoulders will give you more freedom to move around pain-free. All you need are 1-pound weights (or tomato paste cans) and a mat. Your body will thank you after doing this video.


Day 10 - Get Your Fun in the Sun

Yoga Fun with Sun Salutations

This fun Yoga workout will increase blood circulation, boost energy, find your center, lengthen and tone, and increase your strength and flexibility.
