Louisville’s Expert Trainers

Workout Videos & Weekly Workout Plans

Nutrition e-book, workbook, & workshops

Lauren Bruker and Erica Walters, two Louisville fitness pros, created Change30 Movement to inspire a healthier and stronger Louisville community.

Yoga today.

Pilates or strength training tomorrow.

Add a nutrition workshop post-workout.

No need to drive around Louisville ad buy memberships to several fitness facilities to make this a reality.

The locally owned Change30 Movement brings Derby City’s top trainers, coaches, and instructors together in one online platform to create a healthier Louisville and support the work of small business owners.

Having trained and instructed in New York City and Los Angeles, Change30 Movement co-owners Erica Walters and Lauren Bruker (pictured: Walters is the brunette; Bruker is the blonde) bring more than three combined decades in fitness to Louisville. Walters is the owner of Pewee-Valley-based Pilates Fit Studio, which is Kentucky’s only Authentic Pilates studio and certifying center for Real Pilates. She is also the author of The Better Back®, Pilates for Osteoporosis, which is based on her in-studio class format.

“Our idea for the Change30 Movement came last March when the studio was shut down due to the COVID pandemic,” says Walters. “To help clients keep up with their fitness routines and keep their stress levels down, we started making videos. Lauren and I soon realized we could reach a broader market, promote a healthier & stronger Louisville and build a community, by creating a video-based online platform. Change30 will help people be motivated and accountable while sweating with friends in the local Louisville community.”

Louisville native Bruker was one of SoulCycle’s first instructors in 2009. In eight years with the brand, she helped open SoulCycle studios throughout the country and expand the company’s teacher training program.  “Kentucky and Louisville are not ranked well nationally when it comes to fitness and health. We want that to change. The Change30 Movement brings LA- and NYC-quality fitness instruction to Louisville, taught by Louisvillians. With our city’s top trainers together in one platform, you can work out with your favorite instructors while supporting the local small businesses they represent. As the mom of a newborn, I love the convenience Change30 offers to work out from the home, whenever I want,” adds Bruker.

Requiring little to no equipment, Change30’s videos offer 30-minute, full-body workouts. Launching with 65 videos featuring Louisville-based fitness pros, classes include Yoga, Classical Pilates, Barre, strength, cardio, mom-to-be fitness, nutrition workshops, and mindset coaching. New content will be added regularly to the platform, which offers 24/7 access to the membership community and weekly workout plans.  To enhance community connections, Walters and Bruker plan a newsletter with updates on what’s happening in the Louisville fitness scene and they’ll launch community fitness events in May.

To try Change30, there is a 14-day free trial. Memberships may be purchased annually ($10.50 per month) or monthly ($12.50 per month). A gift with membership is the Healthy Plate e-book and workbook, which includes weekly grocery shopping lists and recipes. Walters adds, “The workbook helps you keep on track. It is not a diet, it’s an anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting eating guide. You’ll enjoy the best-tasting meals you’ve ever cooked and there are even cookie recipes in the book, too!”
